Our products are returnable, but do not refuse shipment or return items without first contacting us by email (service@thegoldendrywall.com) for authorization. We will need to provide you with a Return Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.
Any authorized return for reasons other than product defect or our error will be credited less transportation charges and a 10% restocking fee. No returns can be made after 30 Days from the order date.
Any unauthorized returns that are received will be credited less transportation charges and a 50% restocking fee.
All claims of damage or item shortage or missing packages must be reported within 10 days of the stated delivery date of the shipment as denoted by the assigned carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc). Goods damaged during transit are the responsibility of the carrier, but we’ll be happy to assist you in filing a claim. Please retain the original packing materials as these may be required for inspection by the carrier’s claims agent. Refunds for returns can take 5-10 business days to process.
Out of Stock Items:
Stock is usually on hand of all products shown in our online catalog for immediate shipment. If stock is not available when the order is processed, we usually cancel that item and ask the customer to reorder.
All orders are subject to approval by our main office, and processed orders are not cancelable by the buyer. We will, however, do our best to accommodate additions if they are received before the order is packed for shipment. Delivery (shipping) arrangements are contingent upon Acts of God, accidents, delays of transportation facilities, and other delays which are unavoidable or beyond our control. Not responsible for typos or glitches with pricing.
If placed before 11:00am Central Time your order will normally ship the same business day. If placed after that time, your order will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order ships, it will then take from 1-5 Business days for transit, depending on the location being shipped to. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. FedEx 2nd Day Air shipments normally arrive 2 business days after the day the order ships (example: order ships on Monday and arrives on Wednesday). Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
All shipments are sent via FedEx. We cannot ship products via any other method.
Our home office is open for business and new email orders Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm PST. If our office is closed, you can leave an email for immediate handling on the next working day.
