Orders & Shipments

Q: How long will it take for my pieces to arrive?
A: It completely depends on the product!  We work to ship our standard in stock orders within 5-7 business days of your order.  Custom pieces will take between 8-12 weeks.  

Q: How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
A:  We base our shipping rates on the total price of the products in your cart.  Freight and handling fees are only added on products that require a special packaging.  We work to include rates that closely reflect those we receive from our shipping partners.  This helps ensure that your pieces arrive in your home to your highest standards.  

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A:  At this time we are able to ship within the continental United States and to Canada.

Q: What shipping carriers and/or delivery services does Webaazar use?
A: We ship most orders via Fedex, UPS and USPS.  Our furniture orders are delivered with the option of a white glove service that will unpack and place the piece in the room of your choice.  This service also includes a call prior to delivery.  

Q: Where can I find details about shipping and returns?
A: Detailed information about shipping can be found on our Shipping & Returns page. 

Q: How will I know that Webaazar received my order?
A:  Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email from us that includes your order number and details about how to contact us if you have any questions!

Q: Will I receive all of the pieces in my order at the same time?
A:  It really depends on what you order!  Many of our pieces come directly from a manufacturer.  When items come from our warehouse we work to ship orders out within two business days of your order.

Q: What if I have questions about one of your pieces?

Q: Will you get any of your out-of-stock pieces back in stock?
A:  That depends on what it is!  Our collected items are typically one-of-a-kind so sadly once they’re gone, they’re gone.  Other accessories, furniture, rugs, and wallpaper are more likely to come back in stock.  If you love a product; tell us!  We’d love to hear about it.  

Q: So how do you clean Life Friendly™ Crypton© Products?

A: One thing that we highly recommend is getting your furniture professionally cleaned once a year.  That will really extend their life.  Liquids typically roll right off Crypton© fabric or can be quickly blotted off with a dry cloth.  For dirt and other stains, mix 1/4 tsp of mild, enzyme detergent such as Tide© or Dawn© with 1 cup of lukewarm water.   

Registry

Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: At this time, we do not offer gift packaging. However, all Webaazar orders are packaged with custom tissue, postcard, and logo sticker.

Q:
 How do I receive my discount?
A: Your 10% off promo code will be automatically sent to you at the end of the month of your event date.

Q: I need help selecting items. Can you assist with that?

Q: Am I able to edit my account details (e.g. shipping address) after creating my Registry?
A: Yes! Simply select “Edit Registry Details” on your Registry page to edit.

Q: Will I know when someone makes a purchase off of my Registry?
A: Yes! You will be able to see what items are fulfilled under the “HAS” column.

Q: I received a notification that a purchase was made off my Registry, but I’d prefer to hold shipping until after I’m married. Is this possible?
A: Unfortunately, we’re unable to hold shipments at this time.

Payments

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure your data is secure.

Q: Will my order include sales tax?
A:  Tax and freight will be indicated in your cart. 

Q: What types of credit cards do you accept?
A:  We accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.  

So how do I keep all of this clean?

At Webaazar we care a lot about you being able to keep your new items looking and feeling fresh.  If you have questions beyond what is included below let us know!  

Rugs:  Wool blend rugs are easy to maintain.  Spot clean with either Woolite or Greenworks liquid spray.  Other cleaning sprays without bleach will also work.  For all hand knotted 100% wool rugs, we recommend using a vacuum with suction only to gently clean 2-4 times a month.  Spot clean as needed with a damp cloth.  Avoid soap or cleaning products as they could damage or fade the rug.  For larger stains, we recommend sending to a professional rug cleaner. 

Slipcovers:  Crypton slipcovers should be machine washed only.   

Upholstered Furniture:  To prevent overall soil, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime is recommended. Spot clean, using a mild water free solvent or dry cleaning product. Clean only in a well-ventilated room and avoid any product containing Carbon Tetrachloride or other toxic materials. Pretest a small area before proceeding. Cleaning by a professional furniture cleaning service only is recommended.

Wallpaper: Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Pillows:  Fabric can be spot treated. Use mild soap and cold water. Test on small spot first. Treat stain from back side when possible. For machine washing, wash in cold on gentle cycle with mild soap. Do not use bleach. Can be dry cleaned. Do not iron. Can steam to get wrinkles out.
