During busier periods such as Sale, Black Friday and Christmas, delivery can take up to 7 working days.

RETURNS
If you need to return an item(s), you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order back to us for a refund. Unwanted goods must be returned in a resaleable condition and in their original product packaging.
Please kindly follow the steps below to initiate your return:
1. Click the ‘START RETURN’ button below to be taken to our returns portal.

2. Enter your order number and email address into the required fields – Your order number must be the number taken from your order confirmation email, which can be found in both the subject line and body of the email, e.g. 438146. Your email address must also match the email address used to place your order.
3. Send us your item(s) that you’d like to return and the reason why. For cases of damaged or faulty items, you will be asked to submit a photo.
4. Once confirmed, we will also be emailed to you. 5. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receipt at the warehouse and you will receive a refund email confirming once this has been done.
Returning your order is free of charge. Simply follow the steps outlined above to receive your refund.
You have 30 days to return your order for a refund.
We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days from the date your parcel is delivered back to our warehouse.
